Hair stylist and nail technician Ciara Hoover brings a caffeine infused energy to her chair, which is fueled by her constant intake of iced tea, coffee and cola. She graduated from Empire Beauty School in 2008 and has settled into her current role at Salon Blu where she enjoys doing updos for special occasions or just making you relax and feel good about yourself. When not at work, she spends time with her family, knits, crochets and cooks for the ones she loves most.
